§ National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network is available for everyone across the United States. The
Lifeline is free, confidential and takes calls 24/7 when in crisis at (text, call, chat) #988.
§ National Domestic Violence Hotline, confidential calls at 1-800-799-3600, answering 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. This is a resource for survivors of domestic violence.
§ National Sexual Assault Hotline, an informational resource regarding sexual abuse and sexual assault.
RAINN provides confidential support, here is the hotline 1-800-656-4673.
§ The Trevor Project is a national organization that supports the LGBTQ youth community in relation to
mental health and suicide prevention. The Trevor project is a resource to individuals up to age 25 and their allies including crisis information. You may connect with the Trevor Lifeline at 1-866-488-7386.
§ Child Abuse Hotline is available 24 Hours at 1-800-540-4000.
§ Elder/Dependent Abuse Hotline is available 24 Hours at 1-877-477-3646.

§ Poison Control Hotline is available 24 Hours at 1-800-222-1222.
§ SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and
information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders – 1-800-662-4357.
§ Alcoholics Anonymous near you can be researched by visiting https://www.aa.org.
§ Narcotics Anonymous services can be researched by visiting https://www.na.org.
§ National Center for Missing & Exploited Children can be reached at 1-800-843-5678.

Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE) is a public awareness platform for suicide prevention, coping with the loss due to the suicide of a loved one and also includes more about mental illness as related to suicide. It also includes more about mental illness in the LGBTQ Community and Substance Abuse as related to mental disorders.
National Sexual Assault Hotline
Informational resource regarding sexual abuse and sexual assault. RAINN provides confidential support, here is the hotline 1-800-656-Hope.
Call 211 for help service referrals in the Los Angeles county. 211 is available 24/7, and calls are answered by trained Community Resource Advisors.
